At the moment it is in a pre MVP stage and we will start building today.
Some more detailed info about what we would like to do:
Who are the users? Refugees with chronic illnesses & doctors established camps.
What will it be? A web app/mobile wrapper (no social media linked for privacy)
Who will have access: Editable by doctors, viewable by the patient Doctors will see text box notes and text box tags
Login (username & password) - username made up by the patient.
For doctor: can add/edit
For patient: can view
Patient functionality: manage doctor access (delete doctors they have seen and will not see again. Gives them power over who sees their info. Synchronization between patient and doctor is done through login and patient notes/comments on doctor records so that the next doc could see it too. Main aim is to make it as easy as possible so that doctors would not have to spend too much time writing stuff down on papers that might get lost. Also by having the previous history there that has been gathered on the way will make doc save time as they would not have to go that over again when they see a new person.

Access to proper healthcare not only involves point visits with health workers for diagnosis and treatment, but also necessitates an ongoing relationship between patients and healthcare providers. This is difficult for transient refugee populations, especially for those with chronic conditions that require follow-ups and long-term care. Record on the Go is a mobile/web application that aims to provide a longitudinal comprehensive care for chronic conditions to travelling refugee populations.
