💡 Inspiration
It started with a conversation.
A friend of ours — a talented software engineer with 4 years of experience, solid projects, and a genuine passion for what he does — applied to over 60 companies in three months. He heard back from 4.
Not because he wasn't good enough.
But because his resume never made it past the first filter.
That hit us hard.
We started looking into it and found out this isn't rare — it's the standard. Recruiters receive hundreds of applications per job post. They have minutes, sometimes seconds, to decide a person's future. No matter how talented a candidate is, if their resume isn't in the right format, uses the wrong keywords, or simply lands at the wrong time — it's gone.
And on the other side, hiring managers waste weeks doing what a smart system could do in seconds. Manual screening. Spreadsheets. Gut feelings. Missed talent. Repeated mistakes.
We kept asking ourselves one question:
In a world where AI can drive cars, write code, and diagnose diseases —
why is hiring still done like it's 1995?
That frustration became our fuel. We didn't want to build just another HR tool. We wanted to build something that actually changes the outcome — for the recruiter who's overwhelmed, and for the candidate who deserves a fair shot.
So we built Recluta.
An AI recruitment platform that reads every resume with the same attention, ranks every candidate with the same fairness, and explains every decision with full transparency. Upload a single PDF or a spreadsheet of 1,000 candidates — Recluta processes them all in seconds, surfaces the best matches with precise percentages, and tells you exactly why.
No bias. No burnout. No missed talent.
Because behind every resume — there's a real person.
And they deserve better than a 3-second glance.
