Inspiration

I have a lot of family recipes in my family.

What it does

RecipeRoots lets you describe a family dish from memory and uses AI to turn it into a beautifully formatted cookbook page that you can refine and save to a personal cultural recipe archive.

How we built it

A lot of claude prompting. First, I prompted claude for ideas. I narrowed stuff down, added more context, and focused on ideas I liked. Then I got claude to generate the code with a prompt I used claude to generate from our ideas. Finally, I used claudes deploy artifact function to deploy.
