Inspiration

As students, we often struggle to find the most cost-effective mobile recharge plans. With so many telecom operators offering complex and ever-changing plans, it's easy to get confused or overpay. We wanted to solve this everyday problem by creating a simple web tool that compares recharge plans based on data, price, and validity — so users can "Recharge Smarter, Save Bigger.

What it does

How we built it

Frontend: Built using HTML, CSS (Tailwind), and JavaScript.

Logic: Custom script to calculate price/day and GB/day based on user input.

Interactive Filters: Dropdowns for plan type, provider, and dynamic inputs for GB/day.

Responsive UI: Designed to be mobile-friendly and intuitive.

Hosting: Deployed on GitHub Pages (or your hosting platform).

Challenges we ran into

Finding structured and up-to-date recharge plan data for all telecom providers.

Designing a user interface that is both simple and feature-rich.

Implementing dynamic input fields that change based on selected plan type.

Balancing between simplicity and feature set in limited time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Built a working solution from scratch within the hackathon time limit.

Designed a clean, mobile-friendly user interface using Tailwind CSS.

Implemented a smart cost-per-day calculator to simplify decision-making.

Added dynamic filters and conditional fields for different plan types.

Made something that’s not just a project — but a real-world utility for students, families, and budget-conscious users.

Worked effectively as a team, from idea to deployment.
