Receipted Files organizes files on your NAS and closes every job with a verifiable receipt and a saved job log, so you can later check exactly what the AI read, wrote, and finished.
A NAS owner or small team delegating file work: dedupe a photo folder, rename scans, summarize a share. Today the agent says done and the owner has no durable record of what was touched, what resulted, or whether that record changed afterwards.
The Skill wraps each file job in a recorded handover: inventory first, a full plan shown before anything changes, only confirmed actions run, a plain-language job log saved on the NAS, and a verifiable AER-1 receipt link stored beside it. The owner states a job in plain words. The Skill inventories the folder, builds the plan, and waits for confirmation. Confirmed actions run through registered NAS experts. The Skill writes the job log, closes the handover, appends the receipt link, and shows the owner the finished job.
Organizers and chat agents keep a transcript; transcripts can be edited, lost, or never saved. This Skill makes the record itself the product: per-action results sealed into a receipt anyone with the link can recheck, while file contents never leave the NAS.
Technical approach: a Markdown-only Skill under the Uliya Skill Development Standard, orchestrating the catalog experts (file-agent, document-agent, photo-agent, knowledge-agent). Inventory and hashing use ug-filesystem ls, stat, and sha256sum; duplicate detection uses ug-filemgr scan-dedupe; archiving uses file-workflow; renames use ug-filesystem rename; document work uses ug-document metadata and qa; albums use ug-photo. The record layer is the public Zambo MCP endpoint; no credentials are stored, and only step records, never file contents, leave the device.
Current status: the complete Skill package (SKILL.md plus linked references) passes the official creation-tool static check with zero errors, and a live rehearsal of the record flow ran against the production endpoint, which accepted and recorded the job. Pending NAS validation: the expert delegations themselves. Validation plan: deduplicate a seeded folder (one identical pair, one near-duplicate, one unique file; only the identical pair archives, after confirmation); summarize three seeded PDFs into one saved document; and a decline-at-the-gate case where nothing moves and no receipt is claimed.
Known limitations: the Skill proves the saved record was not changed; it cannot prove the work was right, and says so. Receipts seal through an external service whose free tier seals one handover per caller daily; beyond that a low-cost pass applies.
