What it does

The app "Receipt Digitization" is for desk-less workers, these workers goes to each and every customer's house and collect the monthly cable-television charges and then issue the bill. The aim of this app is to make the team more productive and make governance more reliable.

Features :

Whenever a bill is issued, the details and the snapshot of the bill are uploaded in the app and saved in the cloud. If you click on New bills - a form opens up and new bills can be added.

These forms are editable, if amount/bill no/date are changed, automatically an email will be sent to the owner with automated subject and body contains both old and new values. Any changes made are automatically updated in the cloud.

If you click on Cable tv bill - you can see can the list of bills and their corresponding details arranged in order according to bill number and which employee collected the money.

The bills with amount less then 175 (can be set by the owner) are highlighted, remanding the employees to convince the customers to take higher plan (more amount)

On the home page, basic statistics are present
There is also a Smart Voice assistant, which answers your questions some sample questions : => show the bills collected last day/month/year => show the bills collected by Murali (name of the employee) => show the bills with amount greater then 200 and many more...
Whenever you upload a snapshot of the bill, you need not fill all the details, some of the details are filled automatically from the OCR(Optical Character Recognition) model.
