Oriol, a photographer struggling with stagnation, faces self-doubt when his style is imitated. The introduction of a DJI drone becomes a pivotal moment in his creative revival. The drone offers a new perspective, symbolizing how technology can inspire fresh ideas and freedom in art. Guided by his mentor Mikhail, Oriol reconnects with the essence of photography: capturing emotions, not perfection. The story highlights how embracing innovation and personal authenticity can lead to creative breakthroughs.

How we built it

This story was crafted to highlight the journey of creative reinvention through technology. We focused on Oriol, a photographer struggling with self-doubt, and his mentor Mikhail, who helps him rediscover his passion. The introduction of the DJI drone symbolized a shift in perspective, offering Oriol new creative possibilities. We chose to showcase how technology, when embraced authentically, can amplify artistic vision and inspire growth. The story emphasizes the power of innovation and guidance in helping creators break free from limitations and rediscover their unique spark.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge this project encountered was to unify the characters' images during the process of making the film. The image of each character needs to be consistent with the plot and style of the story, which is a huge challenge for us. Especially when making films with AI technology, we need to invest a great deal of patience and make repeated adjustments.

What we learned

Through this project, we not only learned how to use software such as LTX, ElevenLabs, Midjourney and Weavy, but also mastered how to combine these materials into a complete film through tools such as kinemaster. Every step of learning and practice has enabled us to have a deeper understanding of the film production process. We believe that in future projects, we will be able to continue applying these technologies and constantly improve our production capabilities to create more exquisite and creative works.
