💡 Inspiration

Real Voice was inspired by the belief that markets can reflect truth better than opinions alone.
I wanted to create a platform where everyone’s prediction becomes a real voice — showing collective insight through decentralized markets and visual data.

🎯 What it does

Real Voice is a decentralized prediction platform built on StarkNet.
Users can bet on real-world events (like crypto prices), and the platform visualizes market sentiment with live pie charts.
An integrated AI advisory system analyzes external data and provides probability-based insights to help users make informed predictions.

🛠️ How we built it

  • Blockchain: Built on StarkNet, leveraging its ZK-rollup scalability and security.
  • Frontend: React + TypeScript + TailwindCSS for an intuitive and responsive UI.
  • Backend: Node.js + Express for managing user data, authentication, and bet history.
  • AI Integration: OpenAI API for generating real-time advisory probabilities using data from sources like CoinGecko.
  • Visualization: Dynamic pie charts that display the ratio of “Yes” vs “No” bets in real time.

⚙️ Challenges we ran into

  • Connecting StarkNet smart contracts seamlessly with the frontend and backend.
  • Ensuring real-time sync between market data and UI updates.
  • Maintaining AI inference speed and consistency while handling API limits.
  • Designing a simple UX for blockchain-based actions like wallet connection and betting.
