I wanted to turn raw racing telemetry into real-time strategy insights—something most grassroots teams don’t have access to.
What it does
It analyzes live/simulated race data and gives instant recommendations like pit windows, tire wear estimates, and pace predictions.
How we built it
Using lightweight data processing, simple prediction formulas, and a web-based interface that updates in real time.
Challenges we ran into
Simulating realistic data, keeping the engine fast, handling deployment issues, and designing logic that works across race conditions.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
A working real-time strategy engine that produces meaningful insights from minimal data.

How real-time telemetry pipelines work, how to simplify strategy modeling, and how to optimize a web app under time pressure.
What's next
Integrating real GR Cup data, adding better prediction models, and expanding into full race simulations and multi-car strategy.
