Inspiration
We both really like hiking and enjoying nature, so the inspiration for the challenge came from the importance of maintaining green spaces.
What it does
This project collects and analyses acceleration data from trees in order to classify wethear the tree is still, is moving safely, is moving risky to fall, or has already fallen.
How we built it
Our accelerometer detects the the tree acceleration and classifies it runnin an AI model. Finally, the data is sent to a server in order to plot a dashboard.

Challenges we ran into
The main challenge we ran into was using a completely new environment and new tools for us.

We're proud of having been able to learn a lot, enjoy it, and solve lot of encountered challenges.
What we learned
We learnt a lo about Arduino, communications and technology.
What's next for Real-time Tree Monitoring
We would like to finish the project in order to actually show real-time data in the dashboard so they are connected.
