Inspiration
My project was inspired by a real need. My wife, a dedicated real estate agent, often struggles with inefficient tools, and I saw an opportunity to solve a practical problem. The primary motivation was to create a functional and useful application quickly and efficiently. Additionally, I was driven by the desire to explore and master new development tools, aiming to build a solution that's both powerful and rapidly deployable. This project is a fusion of my desire to help her succeed and my passion for leveraging innovative technology.
What it does
Real State Pro allows you to manage the basic aspects required by an agent, such as properties, clients, analytics, appointment calendar, documentation, etc.
How we built it
It was made in a surprisingly simple way, thanks to Kiro, to whom I simply gave the instructions of what was required in each module of the app.
Challenges we ran into
The challenges I faced were really changing the way I developed and implemented an app. Occasionally I had to review and make some changes, but I was pleasantly impressed by the incredible features and power of Kiro.

What we learned
What I have learned is that Kiro is an extremely useful tool. I really like its analytical capabilities and the fact that it frees me from the technical and repetitive aspects, allowing me to focus on the creative and functional aspects.
What's next for Real State Pro by Kiro
Develop the analytics module, including ML models that I also developed with Kiro, although at this stage I did not have time to integrate it.
