Real-Estate Hack

This is a project which was done at Housing Hackathon. We created a recommendation and land document index.

Comment

This project is aimed at improving the real estate market by making the process of buying and selling land easy and transparent. We suggest an area to the user based on his requirements. We then make it possible to avoid on site visit using our crowd sourced android app image storage process. We then present the user with a land document index which we calculate using our empirical model, to quantify the originality of land documents for a transparent process. This project is also coupled with an android mobile app where in crowd sourced information is picked up and displayed on the map to further help users make informed decisions.
