Inspiration

Reading buddy is built to meet the challenge presented by NU Wildhacks 2022.

What it does

Reading Buddy can scan through Terms and Conditions and underscore the important sections that a user may want to know.

How we built it

We built our program using ReactJS and HTML.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into challenges of converting PDF into text strings but have overcome this problem over time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of creating a user-friendly UI and streamlining the process of scanning through terms and conditions that most consumers simply skip over.

What's next for Reading Buddy

Creating a mobile version in which users can scan texts with their phone and smarter text reading with AI.
