What inspired us was the idea of turning old technology into an opportunity for people to expand their skill sets and apply the skills they already have. We built the project primarily using TypeScript with React and Vite. We are proud of what we accomplished, particularly our focus on promoting upcycling and reducing our carbon footprint. Through this process, we learned that incorporating AI into projects requires a personal, human-centered aspect that allows users to feel a meaningful difference compared to using a standard chatbot.
