Context
User Oriented Collaborative Design (UOCD) is a required Sophmore course at Olin where students learn how to understand and satisfy real needs through a single large semester-long project. This is the result, where our team interviewed dozens of Waste Disposal Workers in a variety of contexts, then designed a new end-to-end system to create incentives for waste to be disposed of properly, while providing increased transparency throughout the entire process.
