We wanted to simplify how job seekers discover relevant opportunities by turning job alert emails into structured, AI-analyzed insights.
What it does
Our system fetches job alert emails, parses them with AI, extracts key details, and presents a clear “should apply or not” summary for the user.
How we built it
Using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Bedrock, and the Gmail API connected through a serverless pipeline that automates email parsing and AI analysis.
Challenges we ran into
Dealing with email HTML parsing, managing AWS permissions, and ensuring real-time updates between Lambda, DynamoDB, and the frontend.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Fully serverless and automated architecture that’s secure, fast, and actually usable for real job alerts.
What we learned
Deep understanding of AWS IAM roles, Lambda orchestration, and integrating AI APIs into real-world automation.
