Inspiration

I'm not on any o the popular social media platforms, but my friends are. Some of them even have 10s of thousands of followers. So inevitably when they are approached by brands seeking to leverage their audience, the same request always pops up, ..."Please send us your rate card". Cue the "sure thing, I'll get that to you ASAP", followed by the panic once they are no longer in front of the client. What does a rate card look like? What should it contain? And many more. Hence, I set out to make this process 10x easier for my "popular" friends and people like them

What it does

RateRoot allows online content creators and influencers to leverage beautiful, custom rate cards to convert prospects into clients as smoothly and quickly as possible.

With RateRoot, you can create, manage and share rate cards with anyone.

How we built it

RateRoot was built primarily with AI using Bolt.new.

Challenges we ran into

  • It was my first time building directly with AI tools as opposed to generating snippets here and there. Therefore, there was a learning curve to it, especially when it comes to effective prompts.
