WordPress is a very big compatible and versatile Platform. It is used for both Small, Large and extremely Large Businesses. Large Corporations, Bloggers, Social Network Builders, E-Commerce Business like Woo-Commerce etc. uses to WordPress to power their Business Web Presence.

WordPress has Over a Billion of active Users and its used to power over 41% of Internet Businesses ranging from Blogs, Content Managements Systems etc.

WordPress has over estimated 50,000 Plugins with more than 65 million Sites using WordPress.

Its time to provide a WordPress Plugin built on top of venerable Rapyd Payments API that allow Employers/Salary Payers to easily Manage and Pay Salaries, Wages etc, to their Staffs, Employees, Workers without leaving their WordPress Ecosystem.

    • Summary of What it Does

    1.) Allow Employers/Salary Payers to create Rapyd Wallets leveraging Rapyd Wallets Creation API.
    2.) Allow Employers/Salary Payers to Fund their various Rapyd Wallets leveraging Funding Wallets API via Rapyd Collect Visa Card Payments System .

    3.) Allow Employers/Salary Payers to check and updates their various Rapyd Wallets Fund Balance leveraging Rapyd Wallets Balance Checking API.

    4.) Allow Employers/Salary Payers to updates their various Employees, Staffs, workers Personal Data, Wallets Id for Wallets Salary Fund Transfer and Payout Banking Information's for Employees Salaries Payouts to their respective Bank Accounts.

    5.) Allow Employers/Salary Payers to pay Salaries to their Employees Bank Accounts and Wallets Id respectively via Rapyd Disburse and Rapyd Wallet leveraging Payout to Bank Account API and Wallet to Wallet Transfer API.

    6.) Allow Employers and Employees to track and monitor all Salaries Payout Payments and Transfer status Eg.(PEN, CLO, Created, Completed etc.)

    7.) Fully integrated Salary Payments Monitoring System: to track and monitor all salaries payments and transfer status (PEN, CLO, Created, Completed etc.) to and from the Employers and their Employees.

    8.) Allow Employers to calculates the Total amount of Money already Funded to various Wallets, Calculate the total amount of fund already spent on employees Salary payments and total number of employees in the Employers Payrolls and much more..

    How to Install Application Plugin on WordPress

    1.)Install Xampp Server and ensure that PHP and Mysql is running.

    2.) Download WordPress from WordPress Site and install it. At the time of writing, am using the latest version of WordPress 5.7.2 https://wordpress.org/download/

    3.) Copy employees_salary_app project folder and Navigate to WordPress Plugin sections and paste/unzip it there. Eg. C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress_app\wp-content\plugins\employees_salary_app

    4.) Edit rapdy_access_keys.php files to reflect Rapyd API credentials where appropriates.

    5.) Login into Your WordPress Admin Section to Install/Activate the Plugin. Click on Plugin and select Employees Rapyd Salary Payments Plugin and activate it. Once Activated, you will see Employees Rapyd Salary Payments Plugin at bottom left of the Wordpress Admin Panel.

    How to use the Application Plugin on WordPress

  • 1.) First login into your WordPress Admin Accounts. Then You will be directed to Settings Page where you will be required to setup your Company Name and Locations

  • 2.) As Employers, Salary Payers etc. Once you have updated the App Settings, then You will need to Create Rapyd Wallets, Funds your Wallets, You can create as many Rapyd Wallets as Possible. You can always update/check Fund balance on each Wallets.

    To Fund Wallets, the applications leverages Rapyd Collects via Visa Card Payments

  • 3.) As Employer, Salary Payer etc. You can also invite all your Employees, Fund Recipients etc. to signup on the App so that they will also be able to get their own Application unique Signup Email Address, Your Employees can also be able to generate/create their own Wallets Id so that they can use it to receive Salary from the employers.

    Both Employers and Employees should have account on the platform and they should be able to create their various Rapyd Wallets ID.

  • 4.) Employers/Salary Payers will need Updates his banking info as a Payments Sender so that He/She could be able to pay Employees, Staff, Workers etc. their Salary via Payout to their respective Bank Account.

    For testing purposes, we have configured the Sender/Payer Banking Detail based on available code sample information's from Rapyd Payout to Bank Account API. All the Employers needs to do now is to click on Update Banking Info button to update data within the App.

    5.)Employers/Salary Payers will need to add both Personal and Banking Information's,Wallets Id etc. of all their respective employees, workers, staffs etc so that they can be able to receive salaries, wages etc via 2 major means

    For testing purposes, we have configured the Beneficiary/Employees Banking Detail based on available code sample information's from Rapyd Payout to Bank Account API.

    For every Transaction or Salary payments from the Employers to Employees, the Applications tracks and monitors all the Payments Status:

    Payment status PEN and CLO for all Salary Payments via Wallets Transfer.

    Payment status Created and Completed for all Salary Payments via Payout to Employees Bank Accounts.

  • Salary Payments Monitoring System: to track and monitor all salaries payments and transfer status (PEN, CLO, Created, Completed etc.) to and from the Employers and their Employees.

  • Payments Recipients System: to track and monitor all salaries payments and transfer status (PEN, CLO, Created, Completed etc.) made to employees from their Employers.
