Huge update for Rapier coming on the 28th when the challenge is over :) I have been slaving away since the submission and will update rapier.website and the GitHub repo when I'm allowed to.
JPEG XL is supported in every browser as of next month and I made a tiny encoder, added SVGs, paint brushes, notes, text wrapping, and about 1000 other things but rapier.html has actually gotten smaller at around 1.7mb
The UI is also much improved. Whilst rushing for the challenge, subagents took some egregious liberties with the submission UI.
