Problem Statement

Hiring is difficult and most crucial step of every business. Every business has its own way of hiring altogether. Most Entrepreneurs find that hiring is the most difficult part of the system.

Every business tries to create its own system of hiring. The problem with this thing is all hiring softwares follow a philosophy. Some hiring software may work for your business case and may not be for other.

I have a prominent belief that every company should create its own way of hiring. Company Culture starts at the hiring process only. The hiring software should be in full control of your company, and that’s where no code solutions like the Pega app developer platforms can shine.

Instead of getting struck on the decisions of what stack i should use, what tech would work for us and other software related things. So, I tried to create a Tech hiring solutions for startups. I have been in a startups and companies. So, i know how things work and how complicated they can get sometimes.

I started with the common problems faces by both parties :- Company and Job Applicant

  1. Job Applicant : Applicant has to apply for multiple jobs. The saddest and most depressing moment for him/her is that he/she get’s not reply back regarding the job. Even no notification about what is the status of his application.

  2. Hiring People: Choosing people becomes difficult. 2 -3 people are given the job of choosing or feeling the company’s job posting. Replying to applicants individually becomes a tedious task. They also have to coordinate with other company people for tech round of team round.

How Pega- Tech recruit solves this problems?

  1. Job applicant get a web app through which they can fill the job application as well as keep a track of the application.
  2. Since the web app is build by the company only. They can customise it according to them.
  3. In hiring teams, HR, Engineers can decide on the deadlines and goals that they want to achieve with the hiring. Hiring is more a of collaborative task then it may seems like.
  4. Process like notification, and emails can be automated to give job applicant updates about his application status.
