Ranti.Me is an all-in-one productivity and reminder app that empowers you to manage your daily life with ease. From organizing tasks and tracking subscriptions to saving important links and generating task-based music, Ranti is your ultimate tool for staying focused and on track.

How we built it

As a solo indie developer, I built Ranti.Me using Swift and SwiftUI, focusing on creating a seamless and responsive experience for iOS devices. To manage in-app purchases and subscriptions, I integrated RevenueCat. For the AI features, I used OpenAI's API, ensuring the app is powered by cutting-edge AI technology.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges I faced was integrating the app with SwiftData. At one point, the app would hang due to data being fetched on the main thread. I also encountered difficulties with RevenueCat integration—specifically, the app couldn't fetch in-app purchases properly when trying to display the paywall.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I’m proud to have developed an app that addresses a common problem users face: remembering important tasks, subscriptions, and links. Ranti.Me offers a simple yet effective solution to help users stay organized.

What's next for Ranti.Me

Ranti.Me is adding exciting new features to enhance your productivity. Widget Support will let you access tasks and subscriptions from your home screen. The Online Meeting Task Listener will automatically capture tasks from meetings using integration with platforms like Zoom and Teams. We’re also introducing Productivity and Reminder Folder Types, including Notes, Events, Appointments, and Medication Reminders, to help you organize everything efficiently. Enhanced management for links and subscriptions will ensure you never miss important updates. Inter-Folder Dependencies and Shared Folders will improve task management and collaboration. Lastly, a new statistics feature will integrate with the Health app to give you insights into your productivity and well-being.
