Inspiration
After conducting considerable research on existing solutions and also collecting feedback from over 300 people representing various age groups, geographical position, and occupations we confirmed 3 assumptions for the Romanian market. The 1st one is that the similar, existing solutions to delivery are taking an important portion from the low margin that businesses are working with. The 2nd one is that many local companies already have a delivery partnership or their own system, thus we offer businesses the freedom to choose how they want to handle it. The added value in this segment from us is that we provide training on how to ensure the highest safety for customers and employees. The way FiiLocal is constantly checking whether or not these high standards are kept across every delivery is through simple feedback asked after the order is completed: whether mask and gloves are worn, the possibility to pay cashless, avoidance of direct contact, time of delivery and the usual quality of the food. After analyzing the data we provide useful guidance: retraining the staff, the possibility to have cashless payment, and make their processes like delivery more efficient. The 3rd and foremost is the fact that none of the existing platforms are providing consultancy regarding marketing strategy, online presence, and building of communities around the business. More than 70% of SMEs lack digital solutions and the main reason is the deficiency of their managers to understand and implement them in the business model. We, FiiLocal, want to provide consultancy in online presence, marketing strategies, and building of communities in order to help businesses strive and grow in these changing times.
