During HackSC, my group wanted to make something that can aid the students at the school. We came up with the idea of aiding the interaction between the professors and students during the lectures through a web application. We thought that there are students that are too shy to ask questions during the lecture. We are trying to solve that problem through this web application.

On the website, there are four sections that a student can go to: In Class, Quiz, Afterschool, and Sign up. In In Class section, Students can ask questions to the professor. Once they type their name and their questions, the question will show up at the display board and it will stay there for the professor to see. In Quiz section, professors can put materials to that students can access before the lecture or in class activities. In Afterschool section, students can form study groups. In Sign up section, students can get their own username and password for the site.

Since I worked with HTML, CSS, and javascript before, coding with that language was not difficult. However, we had to learn about the back end development to store the data. Learning the back end development was difficult but not impossible. We did succeed to store the question on the display board.

Every time I participate in the Hackathon, I am proud that I always come with a product. I hope I can participate in more upcoming Hackthaons.
