Our inspiration for this product was largely due to the recent floods and runoffs occuring in our city. Our product is a rainwater purifier. We choose this product to attempt to provide a simple and small scale solution which can be easily implimented by individuals but can also be expanded upon on a larger scale in the future as a solution to 2 prominent issues recently, runoffs and water shortages. We did not create a physical model of the product however we we designed an online diagram to showcase the structure of the product and explain the design. We had difficulty in finalizing the design as we had many potential ideas however after comparing our ideas to existing similar products we were able to decide on a design.

Our innovative product not only purifies water to the highest standards but also harnesses excess rainwater, turning a problem into a sustainable resource.
