Inspiration

The inspiration during summer break. While we left for a vacation, we wanted to sublease our room for needy ones so that I can earn money even if I am in a vacation. In the other hand, short term sublease isn't available in the market.Our system helps people to sub lease for short-term and even for long term too.

What it does

It allows users to login, signup, add their property and sublease their property with direct communication between the users. It auto generates the description and title for the image that we upload while listing our property. It match with the hackathon's cyberpunk theme.

How we built it

We built using fastapi and postgres as a backend and Next.js in frontend with NextAuth for authentication

Challenges we ran into

The challenges we found was while hosting this full stack application. We don't have free tier hosting services to host the entire application.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We learned about handling images, integrating GenAI in full-stack applications and many more.

What we learned

Learned GenAI and to build Full-Stack application.

What's next for raiders sublease

To integrate more features that implements AI to make it more innovative and hosting the application in the cloud. I want my project to consider mostly for the UI and UX and then the theme.
