Inspiration
On recruiter side: I have a friend whose working as a recruiter and another one building a startup. My recruiter friend keeps on saying how much repetitive work needs to be done as a recruiter, while my founder CEO was having a difficult time hiring an engineer.
On job seeker side: It's very annoying and nerve wrecking to wait for interview result. Job seeker keeps on complaining why recruiter don't have time to reply a simple rejection message. Not knowing how much candidates recruiter are working with at one time.
What it does
RAI is an AI recruiter agent to help companies in recruiting efficiently. We increase recruiting speed by 10X. RAI allows anyone to recruit candidate by simply providing job description and it will takes care of the rest.
How we built it
RAI was built on top of ChatGPT to process AI agent communication with candidates.
