Inspiration
Movies such as Gravity, which displays the impact of space debris and the terrifying prospect of being stranded in space alone.
What it does
Spreads awareness of astronaut's mental health and the danger of leaving space debris uncleaned.
How we built it
We used Unity for our game engine, ChatGPT for our dialogue, and Guithub for our collaboration
Challenges we ran into
Many of our group members had never touched Unity before, and it was a challenge trying to navigate this new environment. We struggled with organizing our work effectively, as there were many times where more experienced members were bogged down with heavy to do lists while others were struggling to find what to do.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to produce a tangible product that represents and idea that we strongly believed in. We are also proud of how quickly many of our members were able to pick up and use Unity.
What we learned
We learned many skills and strategies in using Unity and its features, and the importance of planning and time management.
What's next for Radio Silent
We hope to finish the game and polish it, and publish it to itch.io to spread its message
