  The First Question

Inspiration

I wanted to create a project using HTML, CSS, and JS based on the front end. I play tennis and needed to do research to find good equipment at first; a program like this could've helped me get started easily.

What it does

My program asks the user what they're looking for in a racquet, and selects one based on their answers.

How we built it

With plain HTML, CSS, and JS. At first, I created a prototype with python but I later converted it into JavaScript.

Challenges we ran into

I tried to use Django, then Flask without understanding either of them. After that, there were a lot of small challenges that I had to research and ask for help with.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a usable website/GUI and making a program with practicality.

What we learned

How to use local storage; how to integrate HTML, CSS, and JS together; How to use Git/Github.

What's next for Racquet Matcher

Expanding the scope to other sports and equipment, then publishing it online.
