Research in the past discussed varioua disparities with minorities in the US.
What it does
It explores the relation between the racial diversity of the school area's population and its corresponding Composite Index Scores.
How we built it
I used R linear regressions to find correlations, primarily ggplot2 for visualization.
Challenges we ran into
Hispanic/Non-Hispanic cannot be incorporated into the data, due to US Census classification as an ethnicity, though it is a very important factor. I decided to constrain the scope to racial groups over ethnicities.
