Inspiration
During the Covid - 19, pandemic students around the globe required technology and the internet more than ever before, it is during these times that students of my secondary school noticed the unprofessionalism and inconveniences of our school website. In this hackathon, I decided to single handily attempt to give a new face to an old school.
What it does
This website does everything the previous website accomplished and more with a better UI - design and better user-friendliness.
How we built it
I built this website by making a general sketch on Wix and proceeded to program it using HTML 5, CSS 3, and javascript.
Challenges we ran into
One of the many challenges we ran into was the responsiveness and viewport issues with the website because the design of the website would mess up depending on the monitor being used to view the website.

Making the website responsive across all different types of monitors.
What we learned
At the start of this 2-day project, I thought that I could redesign and innovate the entire website and all the other websites liked the homepage of my secondary school, however, I soon realized that web development and any development, in general, is easier said than done.
