From Hajj work experience for 18 years.
What it does
An interactive platform that provides different services for Hujjaj (pilgrimages) since the beginning of their journey until they return back homes. starting by providing them with all the needed information and notifications regarding their application, visa, some tutorials, etc... Moreover, link them together (Hamlah) and their Mutawef, Introducing them to an interactive way to keep tracking your achievements once you finish part of your haj work. A loyalty program is another feature that helps in organizing Hujjaj by rewarding them if they follow the instructions or if they help to make Hajj more greener by recycling their plastic trash into selected areas. Also, AI embedded system was implemented to help Hujjaj getting right directions and navigate smoothly in their full journey.
