Qwestive CRM for NFTs, DAOs and Token Communities

Qwestive is a customer relationship manager platform used by NFTs, DAO, or token gated communities to help grow their users. We provide insight into token holders to engage and grow their community.

Inspiration

Qwestive was inspired by NFT and token communities because there is a lack of CRM (customer relationship management) platform in the crypto space. Many NFT Projects have a hard time building and growing their communities because they don't have enough information about their token holders. Qwestive is the answer to this.

What it does

Qwestive is a platform that provides token holder insights for any tokens that a community needs. Community managers of a token project will be provided with data of token holders such as how long they hold a token, how much they purchased the token for, whether their holders have a made a profit, the average sales price, the listing price of an NFT on an existing market, and token portfolio value.

How we built it

We built Qwestive with Tailwind for front end, Google Cloud Platform for backend and Figma for UX design. We use the Solana toolsuite for the blockchain and use Visual Studio Code to develop code that scans the blockchain data and extras the information for desired NFT mint ID.

Challenges we ran into

The blockchain transactions although fast, isn't fast as traditional web2 technology. As a result we are working through solutions that will combine using web2 cloud services from Google to store relevant information so that the data can quickly be retrieved without waiting for longer than 1 hour.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the work we have done so far in the design of the product requirements and being able to create a beautiful front end design, and are able to retrieve the data we want on the blockchain.

What we learned

We learned that working very closely with your customers to understand their needs and to address their issues will make a product that is truly usable and valuable to communities for the long term.

What's next for Qwestive CRM for NFTs, DAOs and Token Communities

Qwestive is continuing to build our MVP on Solana block chain and continue future versions of the project. We plan to make Qwestive the number one CRM platform for all chains. So we will continue to develop the platform to support all major blockchains.
