What it does

allows users to find clothing products tailored to their needs, personal preferences, and budget across the web

How we built it

spent a good deal of time planning and discussing possible ideas, using tools such as excalidraw and resaerches existing projects for inspiration. built clean ui with shadcn and react, ai backend with gemini api and web scraper to help us put together strong results and ai responses, clerk auth for 3-5 click authentication, and vercel for quick and easy deployment

Challenges we ran into

we had trouble working with the api due to deprecated apis and old functionalities that were no longer available as well as testing in light of very strict rate limiting

Accomplishments that we're proud of

we're proud of being able to put together a working mvp in due time and being able to implement an ai tool for the first time as well as a web scraping api

What we learned

we learned a lot of time management skills, as well as how to use several open source tools together to create a final product. we also learned a lot about api key security and dynamic rendering.
