Inspiration

We were inspired to build The Quizzer App to fix the following challenges student encounter:

  • Lack of engaging and interactive learning platforms.
  • Difficulty in tracking student progress and performance
  • Need for fostering healthy competition among students
  • Remote Learning Challenges such as maintaining focus, accessing consistent feedback, and participating in interactive and competitive activities.

What it does

The Quizzer App offers an engaging learning platform where teachers create timed quizzes with images and multiple-choice questions. Students can take these quizzes, view results instantly, and compete on leaderboards. Features include secure user authentication, quiz management, automatic submission, score tracking, and user-friendly dashboards for teachers and students.

Challenges we ran into

The main challenge was the architectural design of the solution. Once we resolved that, we were able to build seamlessly.

We were able to work as a team and also showed commitment to delivering a high-quality, interactive learning platform.

What we learned

  • The importance of documenting our work, which helped with the submission process.
  • Effective communication allowed us to meet deadlines despite starting the challenge only two weeks ago.
