During COVID, Students around the world gave their exams and assessments online. In a very short time, we realized a huge flaw in the online assessment system in countries with poor internet infrastructure. My colleagues failed their quizzes and exams due to poor internet connection, and uncertainty that the internet connection could be lost at any time. We created Quizly to solve this problem.
How does it work? A student can simply download a quiz or assessment that their teacher uploads, and they can attempt the quiz or assessment without any internet connection.
What about assessment’s deadline? Well, once the quiz is downloaded, it will grab the timing data from the phones internal clock and the timer will start, once the timer is up, the quiz will close and the data will be saved. The quiz data will not and cannot be altered. The student has to dismantle the whole app and reverse engineer it to grab the data, by then, the quiz time will be over. We can come up with more sophisticated methods to solve this problem as well
