💡 About the Project
As a peer teacher for ENGR 102, I often help run and grade quizzes for my section. Unfortunately, our course doesn’t use Gradescope — so we have to grade each quiz manually, one by one. It’s slow, repetitive, and takes time away from actually helping students learn.
At the same time, in my own classes, I’ve tried creating practice exams to study with. But existing tools like Quizlet and Quizizz make this frustrating:
- Quizlet only supports flashcards — no true multiple-choice questions.
- Quizizz allows quizzes, but adding questions is tedious, and its UI feels clunky for quick creation.
- None of these tools let teachers simply download a printable PDF quiz, which many instructors still prefer for in-person classes.
That’s why I built QuizPick — a faster, more flexible way to generate, share, and even auto-grade quizzes using the Gemini API. With one photo of lecture notes, a worksheet, or even a textbook page, QuizPick automatically generates relevant multiple-choice questions and answers, ready to export, print, or grade.
QuizPick saves time for teachers and empowers students to learn more effectively — turning static notes into dynamic assessments in seconds.
