Something has gone wrong: a flight was delayed, a hotel reservation fell through, or you need to change a date. You can’t get through to the company, because a support bot loops you through menus until you give up. Quillby is a pixel-art wizard that fights this fight for you.

Upload your booking, receipts and any other documents, and Quillby reads them. It then reads the company’s own policy and tells you what you’re entitled to, so you set your goal and your minimum with the facts in front of you. You can watch it work as a wand duel. It gets past the menu bot by rejecting the loop and quoting the company’s own rules back at it. Once a human agent appears, it turns down weak offers like vouchers and holds out for what you actually asked for. It keeps pushing until the company’s best offer is on the table, then tells you whether it won.

It could be compensation for a delayed flight, a changed flight date or a hotel reservation, or anything else that matters to you and is stuck behind a company bot.
