Quickstart

Inspiration

We get a lot of assignments and it's tough to research each topic and each assignment, so we wanted a way to find resources easier.

What it does

The student can choose an assignment and then Quickstart will provide some resources based on the title of the assignment.

How I built it

We first integrated Google Sign In and then added the Google Classroom APIs for getting the courses the student is enrolled in and to get a list of all assignments in that particular course.

Challenges I ran into

At first, we couldn't get the API to work and later on, we were facing problems in searching for the resources.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We developed a full-fledged application that is very useful to every student and we also learned how to work with the Google Classroom API.

What I learned

We learnt how to use various APIs and how to search the internet for a specific search query with python.

What's next for Quickstart

We can make it graphical in the future and more interactive to work with.
