As a tech startup using Monday, we've seen a great deal of opportunity in allowing Monday users to communicate with their prospects and customers without leaving Monday app.

What it does

Before this integration, sales associates had to leave Monday and head over to Facebook, WhatsApp, E-Mail, Live Chat, and other channels in order to talk to their leads. With this integration, Monday users can now reply and send messages from the Item View of the customer.

On top of that, Quickley can send lead data over to Monday. For instance, once a new lead comes to Quickley through Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Live Chat, or some other channel, a new Item would be created on a Monday board for this new conversation.

This integration support automations. Our pre-set recipes help businesses automate their sales funnel and lead management. For example, you can send a template message to a customer on WhatsApp once their status on Monday changes to something. Or, you can change the status of the Item once a message is received from customer containing a certain text.

How we built it

We used Facebook API, WhatsApp API, Viber API, Telegram API, TypeScript, node.js, PostgreSQL, React, rabbitMQ, and AWS to make this integration possible.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges was to make official WhatsApp Business API work with this integration.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have managed to partner up with Facebook Inc to deliver official WhatsApp Business API solutions and connected it to Monday, so that Monday users can enjoy seamless WhatsApp communication with their prospects and customers—from the convenience of Monday app, without ever leaving it.

What's next for Quickley

We are looking to add Instagram to our list of supported channels shortly, so that businesses can communicate with their Instagram customers without leaving Monday app.
