I run a small non-profit coffee shop and would love to understand my customers.
What it does
Our iPad app allows customers to review their service and gives the storemanager real-time access to the data.
How we built it
We built and iPad app to submit reviews and a web interface to see review feedback trends over time.
Challenges we ran into
We had challenges building 2 app simultaneously with only a 3 person team.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
It is a finished product and we even tested it with the lunch foodtruck outside.
What we learned
We learned to cut down on unnecessary features. We wasted quite a few hours building a "nice to have" feature when our core product still wasn't done.
What's next for Quickee Club
We will test it in the real world. Our first customer will be our own coffee shop!
