Currently, the QuickCare app is for iOS. When a traffic accident occurs, emergency personnel post it to a map, and any nurses, doctors, police, fire fighters, or anyone that is signed up and is within a half mile of the scene will be notified. This allows traffic accident victims to get the quickest care possible. Without QuickCare, there could be 3 nurses within 100 yards of a man that needs CPR, and that man would die because emergency teams would not be able to get there quick enough. However, if these nurses were notified, they would instantly receive a notification and be able to get to the victim in a matter of minutes.
