QuestMind: TheWorkspace

Inspiration

We wanted to make digital productivity feel more personal, intuitive, and human.

What it does

TheWorkspace combines productivity apps, an interactive AI companion, virtual notes, scheduling, and personalized workspace modes in one desktop.

How we built it

We built TheWorkspace as a web-based desktop using React, Firebase, and OpenAI, with interactive applications and a persistent AI companion.

Challenges we ran into

We struggled with integrating AI, managing application state, and creating a desktop experience that felt cohesive rather than like a collection of web apps.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We created a functional virtual workspace where applications, AI assistance, and customizable desktop elements work together seamlessly.

What's next for QuestMind: TheWorkspace

We plan to expand its neurodiversity-focused modes, improve personalization, and turn TheWorkspace into a truly adaptive digital environment.
