Inspiration

The most important part about learning is, REVISION! Understanding the concepts is what everyone should focus on but one cannot ignore the importance of revision and consolidating the knowledge gained,hencerevision.This is especially true while studying subjects like History, Geography etc.,where forgetting the facts is easy. But revising is such a mundane task, don't you agree?

What it does

Questionnaire to the rescue! Questionnaire, is the most efficient way to revise. All you need to do is upload an image, of the text that you need to revise. And let the questionnaire generate questions for you!Questionnaire generates two kind of questions, Fill in the blanks and Short Answer type questions. Both of them help with holistic revision. Students can take a quiz based on "Fill in the blank" questions they have generated and also download PDF files of the questions generated. Questionnaire is easy to use, as the students don't have to copy+paste any text, or highlight the important keywords, all he/she has to do is, upload an image in order to generate your questions! Don't have access to internet at all times? No problem! We provide with pdf format of the questions generated so that the student can revise later on, or study in offline (for lesser distractions). Questionnaire helps in generating unique questions from the text that you want to learn, something that your textbooks won't do. Students can give a quiz based on"Fill in the blank" questions they have generated and know their score,thus testing their knowledge of the text. It is fun and educating. All-in-all, Questionnaire is quite helpful for revision.

Challenges I ran into

Nothing came easy with this project and we struggled a lot because a lot of things were out of our domain and the kind of errors we got while coding for this project were never seen before.Creating the quiz platform was difficult because the logic was hard to get (it might seem simple but it isn't).Designing was also a huge task.Creating the PDF takes the cake,though.We thought it must have a simple logic and it wouldn't take time,but it did as we got an error which was not at all similar to anything on the internet and we had to find a solution to it on our.After spending many hours on it,we finally figured that Asyncio will come in-handy.And it did!

What's next for Questionnaire

1) We would be adding the feature to add more than one image soon. 2) More variety of questions to be available. 3) We are also planning on adding a feature that would help in summarising notes.
