We implemented 'Premium Quest Chains'
- transfer fee from user → gnosis treasury
- upgrade the Quest Chain contract
- Currently with the purchased Premium QC the user can change the NFT token URI (NFT pictures of the QC)
- Can upgrade to premium quest chain while creating PR: https://github.com/quest-chains/contracts/pull/10
