Inspiration
We all are aware of the atrocities which our LGBT community friends, face on a daily basis. This is the very inspiration for the application. Through this application we want to make sure that it is safe out there for our LGBT community friends.We would like to make LGBTQ people's life easier. Their main problems are safety, coming out, safe travel and STDs. So we wanted to fix these issues.
What it does
Queer Hub provides some safety videos to protect LGBT people, list of safe countries, tips to come out and STD prevention services.
How we built it
Built it using my C# language.
Challenges we ran into
Mostly Webview API was a problem.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The accomplishments we're proud of are, we are glad that this functional program will help LGBT people.
What we learned
Learned how to make full function apps.
What's next for Queer Hub
We may make tips part more functional and make the application cross platform.
