Current encryption methods will soon be broken by quantum computers and AI-based cyberattacks have become more intelligent.
What it does
QuantumShield AI is middleware software used to protect devices using post-quantum encryption with real-time threat detections using artificial intelligence.
How we built it
We developed a backend using Flask, PostgreSQL, and Redis database services with Gemini API integration for threat intelligence along with hybrid PQC implementation (Kyber + X25519), React Dashboard, and AI-based real-time inference.
Challenges we ran into
Using post-quantum cryptography in conjunction with existing protocol, real-time latency optimization for AI based inferences, and scalability under heavy loads.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Developed a complete PQC and AI-based security layer with a real-time dashboard and incident reporting system in hackathon environment.
What we learned
Gained expertise and knowledge about Post-Quantum cryptography and AI based threat detection techniques and tools.
What's next for QuantumShield AI
Optimize performance further, deploy on the cloud, add multi-region capabilities, and build security products with enterprise customers.
