The inspiration for my telecom churn project stemmed from a desire to address a critical issue in the telecommunications industry. The high rate of customer churn has significant financial implications for telecom companies. I was motivated to develop a solution that could help reduce churn and enhance customer satisfaction. By analyzing data, identifying patterns, and implementing predictive models, I aimed to empower telecom providers with the tools to proactively retain customers and improve their services. This project is driven by the vision of creating a win-win situation: a better experience for customers and increased profitability for telecom companies.
