Inspiration
Bomberman lol. Also just randomly thought of it before I slept, at 1:30am.
What it does
It is a puzzle game where you have limited resources(moves, bombs). You have to use your wits, to help quackerman get out alive.
How we built it
Godot engine, with some images and all audio grabbed from online.
Challenges we ran into
Level design was really difficult.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
It works! And it looks somewhat good! Better looking than all my past jam projects.
What we learned
Scoping is very important. This was just the right size to nicely finish (or almost finish). I also got to do much more pactice with Godot's UI system when doing the HUD.
What's next for Quackerman
Idk, but it seems like it has potential.
