Inspiration

McDonalds offers a free soft drink for the customers if they give feedback, but it is a pain in the *** to input their 12 characters code from their receipts in their non-userfriendly website. C&A staples a "Give us feedback" card on my receipt, but with no incentive for me to give them feedback? Müller gives me a loyalty bonus on my receipt (a 2% reduction for my next purchase), and I decide to put my loyalty coupon to use rather than buy from dm.

What it does

A Messenger chatbot that takes in customer feedback using unique receipt QR-codes and rewards the customer with a QR-Coupon to use for his/her next purchase. Customers without a QR-scanning app, can submit images of their codes to the business' FB page messenger (where the chatbot can also be integrated to support users with older smartphones), so the review can also be submitted over FB messenger.

The chatbot can also be integrated into other IM apps, e.g. Telegram.

The QR Coupons and QR codes API connects to POS (Point-of-Sale) systems to ensure validity and uniqueness of receipts and coupons.

This form of customer feedback provides accessibility, loyalty-rewarding, and better customer engagement over traditional methods (review over website, third party reviews), and it is far cheaper than deploying hardware based review interfaces which require maintenance, installation, and in general higher fixed costs.

Customers who engage with the FB messenger chatbot are also more likely to engage with the business facebook page.
