Inspiration
Feeling lost during lectures.
What it does
Helps students, specifically Queen Mary students, review lecture material before their lecture in quick, bullet point formats and with flashcards, and links to the actual slide decks.
How we built it
We used FASTAPI to build the backend of our project and HTML and CSS for the frontend of our prototype. We also used Gemini API for content creation, for example creation of the flashcards and bullet points.
Challenges we ran into
Currently we cannot fetch lecture material from QMPlus automatically because QMPlus uses single sign-on, we will later try to find a way to do this automatically and or make the user log in with their Queen Mary log in information when the website needs updates.

We built a working app in a day!
What we learned
It is difficult to find creative ideas, especially for the topic invisible AI.
What's next for QM Wiz
Fetching lecture material automatically from QMPlus, and allowing Queen Mary students to log into QM Wiz and viewing their own lecture material automatically, as well as the Deployment of the website.
